US wage growth has failed to keep pace with rising consumer prices for a record 25 consecutive months.

 

 

 

What a mess. This is what happens when everyone refinanced their mortgage at 3% and rates go to 6%. Many can't sell because their new mortgage will be huge if they do. As a result, 31% of all homes on the market are brand new homes -- and new homes are expensive.
